BidMachine Exchange in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a hands-on Head of Customer Success (Mediation) to own and grow the mediation book of business, retain publishers, and lead a small CS team.

You will work with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into fixes, propose new services, and drive improvements that keep accounts profitable.

This is a highly operational role requiring mediation experience and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Mediation client experience in a CS/AM/TAM context.
• Proven retention and growth of mediation clients.
• Strong CS mindset with focus on value delivery.
• Experience coordinating with product/engineering on integrations.
• Leadership experience in managing a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Own the mediation book of business and drive retention and growth.
• Manage mediation client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into fixes.
• Drive automation and efficiency to improve gross profit per employee.
• Lead and coach the CS team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Monitor market and competitors to refine strategy and positioning.
