This role focuses on developing your own client portfolio, executing FX transactions, and driving revenue growth through client engagement. Candidates should have at least 1 year of FX Dealer experience along with strong sales capabilities and fluency in Spanish and English. Formación

• At least 1+ year experience as an FX Dealer (Spot, Forwards or Options).
• Confidence working directly with clients and building relationships.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II exposure desirable).

A well-established global brokerage and financial markets firm is looking to add an experienced FX Dealer to its growing team in Spain.

This role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio within a supportive and performance-driven environment. You will have direct client interaction and the autonomy to develop revenue streams, supported by strong infrastructure, market access and internal operational support.

The Role

As an FX Dealer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through client engagement, deal execution and relationship development.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and growing your own portfolio of corporate and institutional clients
• Executing FX transactions across spot, forwards and options markets
• Supporting the sales team in client meetings and solution delivery
• Maintaining strong awareness of regulatory requirements and market developments
• Producing performance updates and maintaining accurate client reporting
• Working closely with operations, compliance and legal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to overall desk growth
• Delivering high levels of client service and relationship management

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1+ year experience as an FX Dealer (Spot, Forwards or Options)
• Strong 360‑degree sales capability and commercial awareness
• Confidence working directly with clients and building relationships
• A proactive mindset with strong revenue focus
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II exposure desirable)
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
• Existing client relationships or portfolio (advantageous but not essential)
