Nutreco in Tres Cantos, Madrid, is seeking an experienced Ingeniero de Procesos & Proyectos to lead business-critical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and with quality standards.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project execution, create and manage plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance, and maintain thorough documentation in line with Nutreco standards.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience managing projects across Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR or similar.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from initiation to completion with clear objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and governance structures.
• Monitor project progress and address risks, issues and roadblocks.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth implementation of project outcomes and handover to the business.
• Maintain clear project documentation in line with Nutreco standards.
• Promote collaboration, engagement and accountability across project teams.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in project management.
