Apex Group in Valencia is seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of alternative investment funds, ensuring top-tier service, governance, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with clients, fund delegates, internal teams and boards to oversee daily fund operations.

The role emphasizes client service, operational oversight and regulatory coordination, with opportunities for professional development within a diverse, global team.

Formación

• Academic degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
• Willingness to expand knowledge of laws and regulations across jurisdictions (e.g., Luxembourg).
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of funds and stakeholders.
• Be the main contact for day‑to‑day fund activities and queries.
• Lead AIFM service review calls with clients.
• Maintain relationships with fund delegates and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external processes.
• Update client databases and reflect regulatory developments in policies.
