FundRock, a Pan-European independent UCITS management company and AIFM, is seeking a proactive Client Services Specialist to support a portfolio of funds in Valencia. You will be the main contact for day-to-day fund queries and help coordinate regulatory and reporting activities with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Economics degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. Experience in financial services is a plus.

Formación

• Academic degree in Finance or Economics.
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
• Keen to develop knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and communications skills.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work proactively on a portfolio of clients to support daily activities of funds under management.
• Act as main point of contact for clients for day-to-day activities and fund-related queries.
• Set-up and lead AIFM service reviews with clients to maintain relationships.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with fund delegates, including portfolio managers, investment advisors, administrators and depositaries.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external processes.
• Maintain the Fund corporate calendar and monitor deadlines.
