Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Developer (Hybrid setup) – Life & Health Insurance Tech. Are you passionate about shaping the future of the life and health insurance industry through cutting-edge technology? Join a fast-growing risk-tech team transforming how insurance products are developed and delivered globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions using modern frontend (ReactJS, TypeScript) and backend (Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot) technologies
• Build and maintain microservices running on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Drive high coding standards and best practices, including OOP principles and test automation
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Work within a diverse, international engineering team in a hybrid setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Strong experience with Java / Kotlin backend microservices and ReactJS frontend
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth2, GraphQL, CI / CD pipelines a plus
• Passion for quality, developer experience, and continuous learning
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid work environment
