Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Full-Stack Developer & Data Engineer to support Pulse, our BI platform for hospitality. Hybrid role: web/desktop with Angular/TypeScript, React for mobile, and ETL pipelines powering analytics in ClickHouse Cloud.

Responsibilities include building features, ETL design, data modeling, SQL optimization, and supporting users across property and corporate levels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer and/or Data Engineer.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with columnar databases (ClickHouse preferred).
• Solid front-end: Angular/TypeScript; backend: Node.js/Express.js.
• Python for scripting and data processing; React for mobile apps.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.

Job Description

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer & Data Engineer to join the team behind **Pulse**, our multi-tenant Business Intelligence platform for the hospitality industry. Pulse serves 10,000+ users across corporate, regional, and property levels through five product lines (Insight, Plan, Pro, Rate, and Shift).

This is a hybrid role: you'll split your time between building the applications our clients use every day — Angular/TypeScript for web and desktop, React for mobile — and designing the ETL pipelines and ClickHouse data models that power the analytics behind them.

Roles/Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design and build features across our Angular/TypeScript front end (web and desktop, backed by Express.js) and our React-based mobile app.
• Contribute to our subdomain-based multi-product architecture (one Angular app + Node.js backend, database-driven feature registry, shared sessions across subdomains).
• Maintain and extend current features, including dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations.

Data Engineering & ETL

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that bring hotel reservation, rate, and competitive-set data from a variety of external sources into our ClickHouse Cloud warehouse.
• Model and optimize ClickHouse schemas (ReplacingMergeTree / AggregatingMergeTree, partitioning, projections, materialized views) for fast analytics at scale.
• Write and tune SQL across ClickHouse and MySQL (Azure) to support reporting and dashboarding needs.
• Diagnose and resolve data pipeline issues and query performance bottlenecks using EXPLAIN plans and query logs.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, validation, and quality checks.

Support & User Requests

• Act as a technical point of contact for property and corporate users, responding to support tickets and troubleshooting reported issues.
• Triage user questions and feature requests submitted through our helpdesk/ticketing tools, resolving them directly or routing them to the right team.
• Determine whether a reported issue stems from the data, the application, or infrastructure, and drive it to resolution.
• Communicate clearly and patiently with non-technical users throughout the process.

Infrastructure & Collaboration

• Work within our Azure-hosted infrastructure (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Data Factory) and Google Cloud Storage integrations.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), process management (PM2), and our Redis caching layer.
• Collaborate with analysts, product, and other stakeholders to translate business and data requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement data security and access controls to protect sensitive client data.
• Stay current with emerging trends in both data engineering and front-end development.

Qualifications

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Background in hospitality, BI, or SaaS analytics products.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Redis, PM2, or Google Cloud Storage integrations.

Required

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer and/or Data Engineer — ideally with hands-on experience in both.
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with a columnar/analytical database (ClickHouse strongly preferred; MySQL, Azure SQL, or Oracle also relevant).
• Solid experience with Angular and TypeScript on the front end, and Node.js/Express.js on the backend.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and data processing.
• Experience with React for mobile app development.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English; French is a plus.
