Radisson Hotel Group in Bilbao is seeking a Guest Relations Host to deliver memorable guest experiences with a warm, Yes I Can! attitude. You will anticipate guest needs, support your department, and contribute to a smooth guest journey.

Ideal candidates are excellent team players with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Opera Property Management System experience is a plus, and a proactive, positive personality will help you shine on our dynamic team.

As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department

Qualifications

Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous.
