Job summary

UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Native) to join an innovative technology team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications for a leading international banking environment, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular within a 100% remote setup in Spain.

You will work with modern architectures, AI-powered tools, and CI/CD practices, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer (backend-oriented preferred).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Angular, HTML, CSS, REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with DevOps and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Spanish language at C1 level.
