Axalta is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Asturias, Spain, to manage stock across third-party warehouses and ensure system alignment. The role emphasizes accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock issue resolution within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, production, and sales, using Excel and SAP to drive continuous improvement, audits, and clear reporting. Fluency in English is required for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement is required.
• Very good written and spoken English is required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient with Excel; SAP experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory management of stocks in Third-Party Warehouses.
• Organize cycle counts and stock counts at all locations, including onsite audits.
• Daily reconciliation of inventories in Third-Party Warehouses.
• Identify and resolve stock deviations; implement corrective actions.
• Block or release stock for defects, quality issues, or damage.
• Plan timely collection of goods identified for scrapping.
• Analyze and claim stock damaged or lost by suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with warehouse suppliers, plants, and sales.
• Support audits and provide clarity on stock controls in place.
• Provide reporting and analytics; participate in improvement projects.
