Formación

• Experience in reception in upscale hospitality.
• Ideally prior management experience.
• Fluency in the respective country’s language.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate arrivals and departures.
• Check guests in and out.
• Ensure optimal capacity utilization.
• Manage direct bookings.
• Serve as the first contact for guests and provide support to the team.
