BNB - Business Network Builders is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant in Madrid to drive clients on their digital transformation journey using cutting-edge technologies. You will focus on delivering integration solutions and participate in all life cycle phases ofWorkday implementations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technology field and fluent English and French communication, with Spanish skills a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French also required.
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Strong research skills and resourcefulness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver integration solutions for Workday clients across design, implementation, and scoping phases.
• Analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions and document decisions.
• Lead discovery sessions or workshops with customer SMEs on technical integration areas.
• Collaborate with offshore consultants, client teams, and third-party vendors.
• Adhere to Workday Implementation Methodology and provide status updates to leadership.
