BNB is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to drive digital transformation for clients across Europe and Latin America. You will deliver integration solutions, participate in discovery sessions, and coordinate with offshore teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in technology and fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus. Expect a Madrid-based position with opportunities to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology-related field (Engineering/CS/IS).
• Fluent English and French, both written and oral; Spanish also advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques and methodologies.
• Strong communication and consultative skills with client service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver integration solutions to Workday clients across life cycle phases.
• Assist customers in design, scoping, estimations, and implementation.
• Document requirements, solutions, and decisions; provide status reports to management.
• Coordinate with offshore consultants, customers, and third-party vendors.
