Tamarind Intelligence, con sede en Málaga, busca profesionales francófonos con experiencia en atención al cliente para un rol a tiempo completo y modalidad híbrida tras la incorporación. Se valorará residencia en Málaga o disposición a mudarse.

Se ofrece contrato inicial de 5 meses y salario competitivo. Las tareas incluyen atender clientes por teléfono y correo, gestionar reservas y promover upgrades, manteniendo un enfoque orientado a la experiencia del cliente y al logro de objetivos de

Formación

• Requisitos de idioma: francés y inglés C1 (nivel mínimo).
• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o ventas.
• Experiencia en hostelería o turismo es un plus.
• Residir en Málaga o estar dispuesto a mudarse.
• Fuerte capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Dar servicio al cliente de alta calidad a clientes francófonos.
• Gestionar solicitudes de reserva y promocionar oportunidades de mejora.
• Atender interacciones con clientes por teléfono, correo y otros canales.
• Contribuir a una experiencia de cliente positiva y cumplir objetivos de ventas.

Remoto: Trabajo híbrido
We are looking for French-speaking professionals with a strong background in customer service to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga.

YOUR ROLE

• Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients
• Manage reservation requests and promote upgrade opportunities
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels
• Contribute to a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency in French and C1 level of English (minimum)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Hospitality or tourism background is a plus
• Based in Málaga or willing to relocate
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary: €1,635.33/month
• Initial 5-month contract with possibility of extension
• Full-time position (39 hours/week)
• On-site training and work at our Málaga city center office
• Training schedule: Monday to Thursday 09:00--18:00, Friday 09:00--16:00
• Working schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 (assigned after training)
• Hybrid work model available after onboarding
