Foundever is seeking a French-speaking customer service professional for our Málaga office. You will deliver top-quality service to French-speaking clients, manage reservations, and promote upgrades while handling calls, emails, and other channels.

The role focuses on a positive customer experience alongside meeting sales targets. Based in Málaga or willing to relocate, you will join a dynamic team with on-site training, a 39-hour work week, and potential hybrid work after onboarding.

We are looking for French-speaking professionals with a strong background in customer service to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga.

YOUR ROLE

• Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients
• Manage reservation requests and promote upgrade opportunities
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels
• Contribute to a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency in French and C1 level of English (minimum)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Hospitality or tourism background is a plus
• Based in Málaga or willing to relocate
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary: €1,635.33/month
• Initial 5-month contract with possibility of extension
• Full-time position (39 hours/week)
• On-site training and work at our Málaga city center office
• Training schedule: Monday to Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-16:00
• Working schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 (assigned after training)
• Hybrid work model available after onboarding
