Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French Native speaker to recruit doctors for our market research studies. You will build a stable panel, engage participants, and manage follow-ups to ensure questionnaire completion.

You will contact doctors to invite them to join the panel, and use multiple channels to maximize participation rates. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multinational environment are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
