Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a full-time role at our Madrid Production Hub to build a pool of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and maintain updated healthcare professional data while assisting queries. Fluency in French and good English are required.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to maximize participation, and ensure targets are met through diverse communication channels. Diversity is valued.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using various communication channels.
