IQVIA is recruiting a team member to recruit doctors and build a panel of healthcare professionals in Madrid. You will invite doctors to market research studies, engage them regularly, and handle follow-up communications to ensure questionnaire completion.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, timely communications, and collaboration within a multinational team. Fluency in French and good English, plus strong organizational and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional telephone and email communication.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
