Qualifications

• Native or proficiency level in French is mandatory.

• Experience in luxury travel will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' requests in an unscripted Heartists environment, booking luxury travel.
• Engage guests with authentic conversations to maximize bookings.
• Provide tailored recommendations to help guests choose rooms and packages.
