IQVIA is seeking French-native speakers to recruit and engage doctors for our Madrid production hub. You will build a trusted relationship with Healthcare Professionals, recruit them into market research studies, and maintain up-to-date profiles while addressing queries.

This role focuses on high participation through proactive follow-up and diverse communication channels. Ideal candidates are fluent in French with strong English, exceptional attention to detail, and professional communication

Formación

• Fluent French required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned doctors using multiple communication channels.
