IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will contact French-speaking healthcare professionals, invite them to participate, and maintain ongoing engagement to ensure high response rates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. English proficiency is needed for trainings and internal communications within a diverse, multinational team.

Competenze

• Native French required.
• Good English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
