Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French-native speakers to help build and maintain a panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, contact them by phone and email, and manage participation and follow-up to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

Ideal candidates have native French, strong English, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• French native required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Duties may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation targets are met across the assigned pool of doctors using various channels.
