Cnx is hiring at our Madrid Production Hub for a full-time role focusing on engaging doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, coordinate participation, and maintain an active panel of healthcare professionals.

Fluency in French and strong English are required, with sharp attention to detail and professional communication skills. The position emphasizes proactive outreach across multiple channels and may involve translations and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation and engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
