Job summary

Empresa De Limpieza Nacional in Madrid is seeking an enthusiastic team member to recruit doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will actively engage doctors and invite them to participate in our panel.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with good English, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Experience with multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation and engagement.
• Invite doctors to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
