Job summary

Goi Recursos Humanos in Madrid seeks motivated French-native speakers to recruit doctors and manage engagement for market research studies from our Madrid Production Hub.

You will call doctors to invite participation, follow up with panelists to maximise response rates, and ensure targets are met through diverse communication channels and well-argued approaches. Strong attention to detail and professional communication are required.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
