Coty is seeking a Customer Operations Intern (with French) for our Global Supply Chain Hub in Barcelona. This 6-month internship focuses on supporting the Operations Customer Service team, testing digital tools, and analyzing data to drive improvements.

You will work with multiple markets and languages, gaining exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations. Success will rely on English fluency, French writing ability, strong Excel skills, and the drive to own responsibilities in a dynamic,

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Intermediate French (written) required.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, data charts.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• High autonomy and ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to commit to 500+ hours.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operational Customer Service tasks within Global Supply Chain Hub.
• Test new digital tools and assist rollout across markets.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and inform improvements.
• Document processes to create reusable references across markets.
• Contribute to projects and daily activities and build cross-market collaboration.
• Potentially transition to a Customer Service Representative role after internship.
