Factorial HR is seeking a CRM Specialist (Lifecycle & Automations) for the French market based in Barcelona. You will drive activation, reactivation, and lead nurturing to move prospects through the funnel, while enabling SDRs and coordinating with Field Marketing.

You will apply automation and AI-powered approaches to scale personalized outreach, design triggers, and ensure data quality across CRM. A cross-functional, hands-on role with real impact on growth and lifecycle motion.

Formación

• 2–3 years in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Familiarity with sequencing/outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).
• Strong data-driven mindset and attention to detail; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience collaborating with SDRs, Field Marketing, and global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead activation and lifecycle execution for the French market, designing triggers and channels.
• Manage lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement programs across the funnel.
• Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management per global criteria.
• Translate lifecycle campaigns into SDR sequences and outreach plays.
• Coordinate with SDRs for lead routing and campaign context at handoff.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing to turn events into full-funnel sequences.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates.
• Use AI tools for writing, sequence creation, and outreach personalization at scale.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure accurate lead attribution.
• Ensure data quality for lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene.
• Analyze activation performance and share insights with Lifecycle and Revenue Marketing teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking activation rates, funnel velocity, and ROI.
