Job summary

Inserta Empleo is seeking an energetic team member at our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors for market research studies and manage their participation in our panel of healthcare professionals. You will call doctors to invite them to studies and follow up to maximize engagement.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with good English, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
