Domestiko.Com, Madrid Production Hub, is seeking a fluent French speaker to recruit doctors for market research studies and manage their participation. You will call doctors to invite them to join our panel of healthcare professionals and perform follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills. English proficiency is needed for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
