Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking freelance Data Center Technicians to deliver on-demand support for global data centers. You will install and maintain servers and networking gear, monitor systems remotely and on-site, and resolve hardware and software issues while collaborating with remote teams.

This role offers flexible freelance work with varied tickets and opportunities to engage with top IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations or freelance IT roles.
• Ability to work independently with remote teams.
• Proven experience with Linux and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking equipment.
• Monitor operations remotely and on-site, diagnosing issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking devices (Cisco/Juniper).
