Hyatt is seeking an Operational Performance Lead to drive performance across Full-Service Franchise hotels in the EAME region. You will prepare leaders for roles, identify opportunities for efficiency, and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, profitability and compliance.

Location flexibility includes Germany, Spain, or the UK. The role focuses on training, performance reporting, and coordinating with multiple departments to improve Rooms and F&B operations and ensure brand

Formación

• Experience in full-service hotel operations, including Rooms and/or F&B.
• Proficiency with hotel operations systems (HySat, Opera, Medallia, etc.).
• Strong foundation in data analytics and performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Full Service General Managers & Leadership Committee with resources and training.
• Collaborate with departments (Commercial, Finance, IT) to drive performance initiatives.
• Lead innovative operational projects and brand webinars to communicate priorities.
• Develop content and host engaging intranet resources for the global hotel portfolio.
• Support new hotel openings and transitions with operational readiness.
