This strategic role involves connecting local execution with global performance objectives, managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in service operations and performance management, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like SAP and Excel.

Formación

• Several years of experience in Service Operations and Performance Management.
• Experience in repair operations and inventory control is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end operational performance across Service Backbone Operations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Ensure timely communication of KPIs across regional and global networks.
