IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and health & biosciences, seeks a Finance Planning and Analysis Analyst in Oviedo, Spain (hybrid). You will support the EMEA Ingredients Regional Finance Leader with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive performance.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly reporting, pricing design, and capital investment analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and strengthen business decisions across the

Formación

Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in an international environment.
Degree in Finance/Economics/Business; MBA is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and financial impacts.
Advanced Excel and BI skills (Power BI/Power Query) for modeling.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting of sales, gross profit, and RSA costs for the EMEA region.
Support forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy.
Analyze financial data to identify key performance drivers and actionable insights.
Assist in preparing monthly EMEA regional business reviews.
Drive the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes across the region.
Develop financial and capital investment models to support decision-making.
