Appodeal is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to own the operating and planning model across the company’s global entities. You will drive revenue, gross profit, opex, and cash planning, and deliver board-ready narratives.

You will build driver-based models, perform variance and scenario analysis, and partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Growth and G&A. Strong communication in English and experience shaping strategic financial stories are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, transaction services or strategy consulting.
• Experience owning a budget and forecast cycle.
• Ability to build driver-based models and scenario tools.
• Experience presenting to executives and a board.

Responsabilidades

• Own the consolidated operating model: revenue, gross profit, opex, headcount and cash.
• Build board packages end to end: KPI pack, P&L and cash bridges, plan-versus-actual.
• Lead monthly close variance analysis and leadership reporting.
• Model revenue economics: gross vs net, take rate, eCPM and cohorts.
• Manage UA capital and accelerator economics with clear ROAS read.
• Partner with Product, Eng, Growth and G&A on budgeting and headcount.
