Job summary

Mantu is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic insights. You will partner with the CFO and senior management, structure budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, and drive data-driven decision making across the business.

You will coach the FP&A team, align planning processes with objectives, and collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate reporting. Fluent English and French are required; experience in AI tools and Power BI adds value.

You will join our finance team as a Senior FP&A Manager, playing a key role in financial strategy and performance management. Reporting to the FP&A Head-of, you will be responsible for structuring and driving the financial planning process while supporting operational teams in optimizing business performance. Your Profile:

• Previous experience between 2 and 3 years in FP&A, financial management, financial audit, or a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for the management of the FP&A team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make financial data accessible to diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• English and French fluent
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive financial improvements
• Mastering generative AI tools such as OpenAI for improving day-to-day productivity
