Job summary

Permira is seeking an Associate in FP&A with a focus on HR-related costs. Based in Madrid, you will support budgeting, forecasting and reporting, collaborating with HR and Group Accounting. The role offers exposure to cost evolution, headcount analytics, and financial decision support.

You will build and refine financial models, deliver regular management reports, and contribute to process improvements. A proactive, detail‑oriented candidate with 1+ year in finance is ideal.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or related field required.
• 1+ year in FP&A, accounting or related function.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint, AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to annual budgets, forecasts and year-end projections for people costs.
• Coordinate with Group Accounting on quarterly reviews and variances.
• Analyze headcount, compensation and recruitment costs for insights.
• Prepare internal management reports and presentations.
• Maintain financial models and improve data processes.
• Support ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
