Factorial is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to drive company-wide Talent Development initiatives, including performance reviews, career paths, and organizational design. You will partner with senior leaders to build leadership pipelines and strengthen talent processes across a fast-growing global company.

You will work with the People team to design robust career frameworks, job architectures, and competency models, while ensuring scalable talent structures and effective review

Hello! We’re looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving company-wide Talent Development initiatives, with a strong focus on scaling our Performance Review cycles, career paths, organizational structure design, succession planning, and talent calibrations across Factorial.

This role is ideal for an experienced Talent Professional who excels at stakeholder management, business partnering with senior leaders, and leading complex, high-impact talent and structural processes for a fast-growing, global organization of over 1,700 employees.

What you'll do

End-to-End Performance & Talent Management

• Lead and coordinate company-wide Performance Review cycles end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution, high completion rates, and meaningful outcomes.
• Facilitate calibration sessions with C-level and senior stakeholders, bringing data, fairness, and consistency to performance evaluations and talent ratings.
• Drive succession planning strategies and talent mapping to identify key talent, mitigate organizational risk, and build strong leadership pipelines.
• Drive quarterly alignment processes to support continuous feedback and a performance-driven culture.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across internal Talent Management processes, frameworks, and workflows.

Career Paths, Organizational Structure & Transformation

• Design, evolve, and maintain clear career pathing frameworks and role expectations across functions, enabling transparent growth trajectories for employees.
• Partner with executive leadership and HRBPs to optimize organizational structure, job architectures, and team design as Factorial scales globally.
• Drive organizational transformation initiatives, supporting teams through structural changes, capability shifts, and strategic realignments.
• Help define core and functional competency models to align skill development with long-term business goals.

Senior Stakeholder Management & Coaching

• Build strong, trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and senior leaders across departments, acting as a key advisor on performance management, career structures, and talent strategies.
• Provide coaching, enablement, and guidance to managers on handling tough conversations, giving effective feedback, and driving performance within their teams.
• Design and deliver training and toolkits for managers and individual contributors ahead of talent cycles and structural rollouts.

Factorial used by Factorial

• Serve as an internal super-user and subject matter expert for Factorial’s performance, evaluation, career pathing, and organizational management modules.
• Ensure our internal talent structures, review workflows, job catalogs, and competency frameworks are accurately configured and scalable within the platform.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to share internal feedback and insights that directly help shape Factorial’s product roadmap.

What are we looking for?

• Spanish proficiency and English level C1 or fluent, as you will interact daily with international teams and senior executives.
• Solid experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering, specifically owning or scaling core talent processes.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale Performance Review cycles and facilitating talent calibration sessions in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated experience in designing career frameworks, job architectures, competency models, and supporting organizational structure design and transformation.
• Experience with succession planning, talent mapping, and career progression frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise, challenge, and influence senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills, data-informed mindset, and high attention to detail when handling complex organizational processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with a deeply people-oriented yet results-driven approach.
