Solana Rooftop Madrid, the European flagship of Juvia Group, is seeking a Financial Controller to build and own the financial backbone from pre-opening through stabilization. This hands-on role sits inside an institutional real estate and hotel environment and reports to the Head of Operations, with a dotted line to Group Finance HQ.

You will oversee the books, control costs, manage payroll filings, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany reporting while partnering with local

• 5-8 years of finance experience in hospitality or hotel F&B finance roles
• Hands-on experience with Spanish GAAP and external accounting firms
• ERP experience with Holded and POS-to-GL integration
• Advanced Excel, including financial modeling and variance analysis

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly close under Spanish GAAP and external accountants
• Daily sales reconciliation between POS and GL; manage cash, card, and house accounts
• Budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance reporting to ownership and Group Finance
• Cash flow management, banking relationships, treasury controls, and payroll filings oversight
