HP SCDS is building a brand-new team in León and seeks a Senior Software Engineer to be a founding member, shaping architecture, tech stack, and direction from day one.

You will design and develop scalable software, integrate AI models, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Hybrid work model with some in-office days.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of software and data architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI models or AI-powered capabilities within software solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and well-architected software solutions.
• Apply data architecture best practices and design patterns for maintainable systems.
• Integrate existing AI models into business applications to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack.
• Maintain high software quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Help build a new team culture focused on innovation and collaboration.
