HP SCDS in León is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) to join the Data & AI group within Sales Operations. You will build AI-powered assistants to empower Account Managers, combine data platforms with modern software, and contribute to a product with global reach.

The role requires 4-5 years of software development experience and strong full-stack skills, including Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.

Formación

• Approximately 4-5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Hands-on experience developing with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
• Solid understanding of modern application architectures and software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• English level B2 minimum for international collaboration.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with Databricks or similar Data & AI platforms will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript ecosystems is beneficial.
• Experience building cloud-native applications is an advantage.
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering business value.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and tackle open-ended challenges.
• High ownership, autonomy, and execution capability.
• Excellent collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and evolve full-stack applications for AI-powered solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop modern, intuitive, high-performing UIs with React + Vite.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and key technology decisions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance through best practices.
• Contribute to growth and evolution of a product used by global sales teams.
• Take an active role in code reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

You’ll help build an AI-powered assistant designed to enable Account Managers to work more efficiently, access relevant information faster, and make better business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a product with global reach, combining modern software engineering, data platforms, and AI technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and evolve full-stack applications for AI-powered solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop modern, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React and Vite.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and key technology decisions.

What are we looking for?
