HP SCDS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) to join our Data & AI team within Sales Operations. You’ll help build an AI-powered assistant for Account Managers to access information faster and make better decisions.

The role blends modern software engineering with data platforms and AI, offering a global reach and a collaborative, innovative environment. Hybrid work and professional growth are available.

Formación

• 4-5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Hands-on with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
• Understanding of modern application architectures and best practices.
• Experience with relational databases.
• English level B2 minimum for international collaboration.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills and proactive mindset.
• Experience with Databricks or similar Data & AI platforms is valued.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Experience building cloud-native applications is an advantage.
• Product-oriented mindset focused on business value.
• Ownership, autonomy, and execution capability.
• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

At HP SCDS, we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) to join our Data & AI team within Sales Operations, supporting HP’s Graphics Solutions Business. You’ll help build an AI-powered assistant designed to enable Account Managers to work more efficiently, access relevant information faster, and make better business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a product with global reach, combining modern software engineering, data platforms, and AI technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and evolve full-stack applications for AI-powered solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop modern, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React and Vite.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and key technology decisions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance through engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of a product used by global sales teams.
• Take an active role in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.

What are we looking for?

• Approximately 4-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience developing with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
• Solid understanding of modern application architectures and software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• English level B2 minimum, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and collaborate with global teams.
• Ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Databricks or similar Data & AI platforms will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Experience building cloud-native applications would be considered an advantage.
