HP SCDS is building a brand-new team in León and seeks a Senior Software Engineer to be a founding member, shaping architecture, tech stack, and direction from day one.

You will design and develop scalable software, integrate AI models, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Hybrid work model with some in-office days.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of software and data architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI models or AI-powered capabilities within software solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

At HP SCDS, we're building a brand-new team and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us as a founding member. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of how our teams work by designing and developing innovative software solutions that drive transformation and modernization. Based in León, you'll play a key role in defining the architecture, technology stack, and technical direction of a high-impact initiative from day one.

What will you do?

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and well-architected software solutions.
• Apply data architecture best practices and software design patterns to create maintainable and efficient systems.
• Integrate existing AI models into business applications to optimize internal processes and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, helping define the team's architecture and technology stack.
• Ensure high standards of software quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Actively participate in building a new team culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
