Murphy AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Barcelona to design, deploy, and optimize Murphy for clients in Brazil. You will work closely with product, engineering, deployment, and revenue teams while traveling to Brazil to run discovery sessions and support deployments.

You’ll bridge engineering, product, and customer success, translating complex requirements into robust configurations and scalable solutions that deliver measurable value in production.

Formación

• Portuguese native speaker with fluent English.
• Based in Barcelona and comfortable with international travel, particularly to Brazil.
• Background in Data Science or Data Analysis.
• Strong technical foundations and ability to write/understand production-quality code.
• Comfortable working directly with customers translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deep product and systems understanding: end-to-end data flows, architecture, dependencies, and system behavior.
• Analytical and performance-driven thinking with KPI focus.
• Extreme ownership of configuration quality and long-term maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technically robust client configurations.
• Optimize agent performance through structured iteration.
• Act as the technical counterpart to clients and explain architecture and constraints.
• Provide structured product feedback with clear context and impact.
