Job summary

TripleTen is an EdTech company delivering tech career learning programs for the US and Latin America. We seek a Forward Deployed Engineering content creator who has deployed AI in client environments and can guide engineers on correct deployment approaches.

You will design end-to-end student projects, craft clear rubrics, and collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to keep content current and impactful.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience at senior level or above.
• Experience deploying end-to-end in real client environments.
• Practical experience with databases and the infrastructure to run student projects.
• Ability to break complex technical work into scoped, assessable tasks.
• Strong written English—unambiguous instructional text.
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with instructional design and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring, teaching, tutoring, or reviewing others' code.
• Preferred EdTech or rubric/assessment design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the projects students work on end to end — scope, learning goals, technical infrastructure, environments, and supporting databases or datasets.
• Write clear submission guidelines and assessment criteria (rubrics) that reviewers can apply consistently.
• Work closely with Learning Experience Designers to ensure projects and lessons are educationally sound and engaging.
• Research, evaluate, and sign off on technical solutions and tooling to keep the curriculum current.
• Contribute to sales and marketing enablement — train commercial teams on course coverage and graduate capabilities.
