Job summary

Sporty Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive audience growth and marketing performance across its global football media products. This hands-on role blends performance marketing, analytics, and creative execution in a data-driven culture.

You’ll collaborate with User Acquisition, Creative, Analytics and Media teams to plan, execute and optimise campaigns in line with football calendars and events.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, Marketing Strategy, Growth Marketing, Paid Media or a similar data-driven marketing role.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and experience across Paid Social, Search, Display, Programmatic and Video.
• Hands-on experience analysing marketing performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs such as CPL, CPV, CPI, ROAS and related metrics.
• Experience maintaining reporting dashboards and recurring performance updates.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, calendars and creative workflows across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to recurring marketing activities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate performance data into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing execution for Media Products across paid social, search, display and other channels.
• Own the marketing promotion calendar in line with the Media Plan and events.
• Analyse performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Prepare weekly media updates and maintain performance dashboards.
• Support creative performance and ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
• Improve creative effectiveness by validating new creatives with data and trends.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition, Creative, Analytics and Media teams across the business.
• Apply football context to identify opportunities and resonate with football audiences.
