Job summary

Sporty Group is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for its global football media products. You’ll blend analytics, creative input, and media execution across channels, aligning campaigns with football calendars and fan behavior.

You’ll work with User Acquisition, Creative, Analytics and Media teams to manage the marketing calendar, analyze channel performance, and develop creative initiatives that resonate with football audiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing or related roles.
• Strong knowledge across paid acquisition channels including Paid Social, Search, Display, Programmatic and Video.
• Hands-on experience analysing marketing performance.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience maintaining recurring reporting dashboards.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Creative and Analytics.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing execution for Media Products across paid social, search, display and more.
• Own the marketing promotion calendar in line with the Media Plan.
• Analyse performance across channels and identify opportunities.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Own recurring Media performance reporting and dashboards.
• Support creative performance and execution with aligned briefs.
• Improve creative effectiveness with data-driven checks.
• Partner across teams to coordinate campaigns and share learnings.
• Connect marketing with football culture and audience insights.
