What you will do :

• Develop and update the website, improving UX and conversion rates through A / B testing, lead magnets, and content optimization;
• Plan and implement a content strategy : articles, case studies, podcasts;
• Analyze data (GA4, Clarity) and propose solutions to increase customer engagement and retention;
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Creative, Web Dev, and PM teams on joint digital projects;
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• Create layouts and wireframes for new website pages, considering UX and conversion goals;
• Experience in CRO and working with lead magnets focused on generating high-quality leads and converting them into customers;
• Project management experience : effective collaboration with the creative team, PM, Dev, and Content to deliver shared objectives

What you need to succeed in this role :

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including work with websites, content, and customer acquisition, with 1-2 years in a Lead position;
• Strong analytical skills : proficiency in GA4 (or GA), Microsoft Clarity, and marketing / user behavior analytics tools;
• Experience working with international markets (especially English-speaking : USA, Canada, EU) — a big plus, especially in digital / B2B;
• Budgeting and planning skills, sprint setting, and cost control;
• English — B2+ (for working with analytics, platforms, content, and international audiences)

Will be a great plus :

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Experience with using referral platforms / vendor marketplaces (e.g. Clutch, G2, Gartner) for lead generation;
• Experience with Looker Studio and Meta Pixel;
• Business correspondence skills
