UST busca un Software Engineer con experiencia en Flowable u otras plataformas BPM, para un proyecto estratégico en Madrid. Se requiere viajar al cliente en el centro de Madrid tres días a la semana y un nivel alto de inglés.

El candidato trabajará en Java y Spring Boot, APIs REST y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos, dentro de entornos Agile y DevOps. Ofrecemos estabilidad, beneficios y modalidad híbrida.

Formación

• Diseñar y mantener soluciones Flowable basadas en BPM.
• Modelar procesos BPMN y CMMN integrados con aplicaciones empresariales.
• Desarrollar componentes back-end con Java y Spring Boot.
• Construir REST API e integraciones basadas en eventos.
• Analizar requerimientos y traducirlos en soluciones escalables.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener soluciones Flowable basadas en BPM.
• Crear APIs REST e integraciones con plataformas internas y externas.
• Colaborar con Product Owners, analistas y equipos de arquitectura.
• Participar en CI/CD, gestión de releases y prácticas DevOps.
• Apoyar pruebas, depuración y mejora continua.

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Software Engineer with experience with Flowable or other BPM to join a strategic banking project based in Madrid, Spain.

Required to go to the client's offices in central Madrid 3 days a week.

High english level is required.

Skills

• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software development environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Flowable or other BPM platforms such as Camunda, Appian, IBM BAW or Pega.
• Advanced knowledge of BPMN and CMMN standards.
• Experience with REST APIs, integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Oracle Database and advanced SQL development.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Octopus Deploy or similar tools.
• Experience with Linux-based enterprise environments. Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• English C1

Mandatory requirements:

• Design, develop and maintain Flowable-based workflow and case management solutions.
• Implement BPMN and CMMN process models integrated with enterprise applications.
• Develop backend components using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain REST API and event-driven integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Analyse technical and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to application architecture, development standards and engineering best practices.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and database components on Oracle environments.
• Participate in CI/CD activities, release management and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Flowable Modellers and Architecture teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.

Work location: Spain

Work mode: Hybrid 1-2 days on site.
