UST España & Latam is seeking a Flowable/BPM Modeller to join a strategic banking project in Madrid, Spain. You will travel to the client's central Madrid office three days a week and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires high English proficiency and hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling, with experience in Flowable, Java, Spring Boot, and API-based integrations. You will work in an Agile delivery environment and contribute to architecture-aligned process solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years in process-driven application environments.
• Hands-on Flowable or similar BPM/workflow platforms.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 modelling knowledge.
• Translating business requirements into executable processes.
• Understanding API-based integrations and system interactions.
• Knowledge of enterprise app architectures.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle DB and SQL.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Octopus Deploy or similar tools.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

What we look for?

Flowable/BPM Modeller to join a strategic project within the banking sector in Madrid, Spain.

Is required to go to the client's offices in central Madrid 3 days a week.

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and transform them into BPMN 2.0 process models.
• Design executable workflows and process orchestration solutions using Flowable.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define process interactions across applications and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure process models align with business objectives and technical architecture.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers during implementation and integration activities.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain process modelling standards and governance practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and BizDevOps delivery processes.
• Produce documentation and process artifacts required for implementation and audit purposes.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working in process-driven application environments.
• Hands-on experience with Flowable or comparable BPM/workflow platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
• Experience translating business requirements into executable process definitions.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and system interaction modelling.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architectures.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL.
• Experience using Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Octopus Deploy, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Nice to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or related certifications.
• Previous experience within banking or financial services environments.
• Spanish language skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
