Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent required.
• Master's with 2–5 years hands-on lab exp in Flow Cytometry preferred.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and troubleshoot flow cytometry panels with customers.
• Provide technical support for flow reagents via phone, email and web.
• Resolve complex questions by leveraging internal experts and resources.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems for quality and improvement.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, training materials and internal resources.
• Stay current through product training and continuing education.
• Collaborate on international cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Support customers worldwide to ensure successful experiments.
